Article marketing has become a science of sorts. In a successful campaign there are a lot of moving parts so it makes sense to outsource some of the process.
Let’s just start off with the when. When should you outsource article marketing? The best answer for this is when you have been doing it for a while yourself. That way you know where to put your money. You do not want to just throw money blindly into a strategy that you haven’t yet had success with. You’ll see when we talk about the what. Like I stated in the beginning of this article, article marketing has a lot of moving parts and lots of different ways to actually outsource the work. So make sure that you know exactly what you want to accomplish with your outsourcing so as to not get ripped off.
The biggest mistake people run into when article marketing, is that they got all excited about what article’s can do for their businesses. Then they write a couple and see how much work it’s going to take. Then they think that the only way they’re going to get any results is to have someone else do it for them. That is just simply not the case.
Article marketing in my mind is like leveraging boulders. There are all of these huge pages occupying all of this google real-estate and it’s going to take some time to push them out of the way. You have to start out small. Figure out the process, fine-tune your process, then think of ways how other people could help you in your process.
What part of the article marketing process should you outsource?
That’s a million dollar question! Let’s make an “outsource article marketing” checklist of what parts you can actually outsource.
- Writing your articles
- Spinning your articles
- Posting your articles
- Backlinking your articles
- Keyword research
- Mass submitting your articles
- Bookmarking your articles to social media sites
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
I guarantee that there is someone out there willing to do any of that stuff for a couple of bucks, that’s not the point though. It’s which of those things “should you” outsource.
When you’ve established some momentum with your article marketing, here are my suggestions for what parts you should outsource. Do your own keyword research first, then write your own title, that way when somebody else is writing your article body. You’ll know what it should be about and have a good idea of what type of content you’ll accept from them.
Don’t accept anything you are not happy with, it is your money that you are spending on those articles so make sure it’s what you want.
When outsourcing things like spinning and submitting, it’s best to use someone that you know and trust like a team member because you’re not actually buying a product. It’s a service that they are providing for you.
As far as backlinking and social bookmarking. Those things can be done with some tools on your own if you’re smart about it. Try onlywire.com, buzzifyit.com, and tribepro.com. These are all great services for social exposure and viral activity.
If any of this article confused you, then you probably shouldn’t be looking to outsource article marketing. While it is an extremely powerful marketing strategy, a successful campaign relies on the fundementals of article writing and marketing. The best training I have seen on this I will give to you for free but you have to be committed to it. Article marketing is a long term strategy that takes massive action!
